Our clients are a couple who love to entertain but their little Art Deco style house wasn’t something they were proud to bring friends and family home to. Anna wanted to move and Antony wanted to stay – would they love it or list it?

We created a large open plan living & dining area by removing the small office at the rear of the house and finally gave them the entertainers kitchen that they were longing for. Large sliding doors were installed to bring the outside in, complemented by skylights to let in natural light. The old laundry was converted into a 2nd bathroom with European laundry and Antony’s home office was moved to the front of the house. The spare bedroom was made larger and beautifully decorated for their overseas guests to enjoy.
